I clicked on “Create Folders”, yet no folders were created.

First, make sure that you are looking in the correct Main Directory and Sub-Directories. If that isn’t the case, make sure you check-marked all of the folders that you wanted to create.

I made changes to my Category/Subcategory structure, but the changes don’t show up.

Please be sure to re-select your category/subcategory from the dropdown to refresh your structure.

I restored a Category/Subcategory and nothing happened.

What are the restrictions of the Trial Version compared to the “real” Version?

Your Trial Version is good for 30 days. Within those 30 days you can enjoy how it feels to create a bunch of folders with ease, as well as not succumbing to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

If I delete a folder in STRUCTURE, will it also delete it on my hard drive?

No, you are only deleting it from your Subcategory-Template.

I just finished installing STRUCTURE. After the installation, I tried opening STRUCTURE and an error came up, asking for the 2.0 .NET framework. I thought it installed with STRUCTURE, what exactly happened?

This is an error that actually occurs during the .NET portion of the STRUCTURE installation. One method to fix this is to uninstall any 1.1 .NET framework you have installed, uninstall STRUCTURE, then re-install STRUCTURE.

If the problem persists, try installing the 2.0 .NET framework from Microsoft, available here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/

Follow their installation steps, during the install it may bring up an error and tell you which programs you need to uninstall before continuing. Once you uninstall these programs, finish the 2.0 .NET installation. Then try running STRUCTURE again.

If I am setting up my own category/subcategory folder structure, does it matter if I click on "Save to Template" or "Create Folders" first? Which would you recommend?

If you feel you will be using this category/subcategory in the future, we always recommend that you "Save to Template" before moving forward with the creation of your folders.
